| Description |
English: Exposed Tree Roots On path from Pilgrims Way to North Downs Way (long distance footpath) at top of hill. Rainwater runs down the hill via this channel taking particles of earth. Over time this leads to the current state of exposed roots, eventually there is nothing holding the tree in place and in a strong wind will topple over and die. |
