Plants are renewable natural resources and 80% of Africans still rely on the use of plants for curative purposes.. Many ailments have been treated with the use of herbs. African traditional medicine majorly depend on plants. This programme was packaged to expose student and participants to how herbal drugs are been produced starting from raw material collection, to analysis, production of finished product-tabletting, elixir etc. even to packaging.
