Quyết định

  • 1 – Nay đề cử cựu Tổng thống Nguyễn Văn Thiệu và cựu Thủ tướng Trần Thiện Khiêm đại diện Tổng thống Việt Nam Cộng Hòa đến Đài Bắc để phân ưu cùng Chánh phủ và Nhân dân Trung Hoa dân quốc nhân dịp Tổng thống Tưởng Giới Thạch tạ thế.
  • 2 – Sau đó hai vị trên được đề cử tiếp tục viếng thăm các quốc gia trên thế giới xét cần thiết trong vòng 6 tháng để làm sáng tỏ thiện chỉ hòa bình của Việt Nam Cộng Hòa đồng thời vận động các Chánh phủ và nhân dân các quốc gia đó hỗ trợ lập trường hòa bình của Chánh phủ và nhân dân ta.
Chương trình thăm viếng sẽ do hai vị tùy nghi quyết định thể theo sự thuận lợi của tình hình đối với các quốc gia đó.
  • 3 – Yêu cầu Bộ Ngoại giao chỉ thị các Tòa Đại sứ Việt Nam Cộng Hòa yểm trợ cần thiết để nguyên Tổng thống Nguyễn Văn Thiệu và nguyên Thủ tướng Trần Thiện Khiêm cùng phái đoàn chu toàn nhiệm vụ giao phó.
  • 4 – Chi phí công tác do Bộ Ngoại giao và Bộ Quốc phòng đài thọ trong khuôn khổ được luật lệ ấn định. (Tổng thống Hương viết thêm hàng chữ: trong khuôn khổ được luật lệ ấn định).

Để thực hiện công tác cụ giao phó, tôi kính xin cụ chấp thuận cho những sĩ quan sau đây gọi là thành phần tối thiểu cần thiết để giúp tôi, đi theo tôi trong suốt thời gian công du:

  • 1. Đại tá Võ Văn Cầm
  • 2. Đại tá Nguyễn Văn Đức
  • 3. Đại tá Nhan Văn Thiệt
  • 4. Đại tá Trần Thanh Điền
  • 5.Trung tá Tôn Thất Ái Chiêu
  • 6. Bs Thiếu tá Hồ Vương Minh
  • 7. Đại úy Nguyễn Phú Hải (giờ chót không có mặt)
  • 8. Phục dịch viên Nghị (giờ chót không có mặt)
