English: Sycamore, WV, July 13, 2001 -- Thomas Pollins examines torn gas lines in a storm-ravaged area near Whitesville, WV. Pollins, part of FEMA's rapid response team, is accompanied by G. Bryan Jones, a captain in the US Public Health Service, and Bob Eckhardt of the US Army Corps of Engineers.
