Deutsch: Der Tiroler Weiher ist ein Teich auf dem Gebiet der hessischen Stadt Frankfurt am Main. Das Stillgewässer liegt südlich des Flusses Main im Frankfurter Stadtwald. Der Tiroler Weiher gehört zum Stadtteil Sachsenhausen und befindet sich nahe der Stadtteilgrenze zum westlich davon gelegenen Frankfurt-Niederrad. Er wurde Ende der 1950er-Jahre künstlich angelegt, um den Grundwasserspiegel im Stadtwald zu regulieren. Das Foto zeigt eine Ansicht des südwestlichen Ufers mit Buchen |
