Photograph is probably by Frank H. Nowell, official photographer of the A-Y-P Exposition, because it predates the opening of the Exposition and has the exposition's stamp. Other A-Y-P images in the same issue (e.g. see File:FMIB 44454 Glimpses of the Exposition Grounds and Views of the Various Buildings Completed in the Fall of 1908 Picturestaken Eight Months.jpeg) have Nowell's mark stamped on them.
