Description WASHINGTON - Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson, joined with Under Secretary for the National Protection and Programs Directorate Suzanne Spaulding and leaders from DHS and across law enforcement participate in the Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Federal Protective Service Headquarters in Washington, D.C., May 10, 2016. The Wreath Laying Ceremony is part of National Police Week, held annually to honor the service and sacrifice of law enforcement professionals, including members of DHS who lost their lives in the line of duty.
