English: FZH111: Quadruple 2 input NAND gate with N-input (only two of four gates with N-input);

Member of the High Threshold Logic Series; High static noise immunity. Depending upon switching condition, its typical range lies between 5 and 8 V using a Z-diode at an operating voltage of 15 V.

Operating voltage range between 11.4 and 17 V

Push pull output stage with low output resistance in both logic stated;

Variable extension of switching times by using additional capacitors between the N and Q pins to increase dynamic noise immunity (typ. 350 ns).
