| Description |
English: Fallen stone. As can be seen in geograph : 118085 this standing stone was well heeled over.
The heavy rains saturating the ground combined with the gales of the last few days seem to have been the final straw for this stone. It's not long down as the earth is still freshly disturbed and has not been washed off the topside of the stone. Unfortunately the force of the fall has broken it in two. Looking towards Burnside wood. |
