| Description |
English: Farm track, Campfield Between two disused railways that met at Cornhill on Tweed. The bridge over the Cornhill Branch, which linked Coldstream with Wooler and Alnwick is still in use, but behind the camera the railway cutting on the Kelso Branch line is filled and the road crosses an embankment within the cutting. Both tracks are walkable with gates in all the fences.
Both railways were closed in 1965, although the Cornhill Branch was partly closed before that, in its last years it only worked from Coldstream to Wooler. |
