English: Farmland at Morfa Nefyn A field of barley looks out across the sea to the peaks of Yr Eifl in the distance. Yr Eifl translates as 'The Fork', although they used often to be referred to by the anglicised name 'The Rivals'. That is linguistic nonsense, of course, but I always thought it was delightfully apt. |
