Français : Les fatayas (sorte de chausson fourrés au poisson ou la viande) sont très prisés au Sénégal.La recette s'inspire de celle des fatayers que l'on retrouve notamment au liban. Les fatayas sont des mets de choix lors de cérémonie conviviales (baptêmes, mariage,anniversaire). Il est idéal d'en faire chez soi,entre soeurs où tout le monde met la main à la pâte.C'est en l'occurence le cas sur cette photo car il s'agit de fatayas préparés chez moi pour le plus grand régal de toute la famille!
