Description
Português: A fazenda São José do Mato Seco, inicialmente conhecida como Borda da Mata, produziu imensas quantidades de Café durante a maior parte do século XIX e início do XX. Pertenceu à familia Figueiredo, incluindo o icônico Gabriel Garcia de Figueiredo, "Barão de Monte Santo". Após o falecimento deste último em 1895, o seu genro, José Joaquim de Figueiredo, herda a propriedade e a batiza com o nome atual.
