Bei allen drei Bildern handelt es sich um private Aufnahmen im Familienkreis in den Räumen der abgebildeten Person. Diese ist 1915 verstorben. Die Bilder sind jedoch

deutlich früher, ca. 1905-1910 entstanden.
Author

Der Name der Person, welche die Bilder aufgenommen hat, ist nicht bekannt. Es handelt sich jedoch nicht um Studio-Aufnahmen eines professionellen Fotografen. Es wird auf den Briefwechsel mit Herrn Alfred Neumann vom Wikimedia-Support-Team vom 21.04.2013 verwiesen [Ticket#2013030810010971]: Hier hiess es: Werke unbekannter Urheber (hier: Foto eines unbekannten Fotografen) können für Wikimedia Commons nicht ohne Freigabe verwendet werden, wenn nicht sichergestellt ist, dass der Urheber mindestens 80 Jahre verstorben ist. In der deutschen Wikipedia können Bilder unbekannter Urheber ausnahmsweise verwendet werden, wenn die Bilder zweifelsfrei älter als hundert Jahre sind. Da beides hier nicht zutrifft habe ich das Bild nun gelöscht. Das Bild könnte frühestens ab dem Jahr 2016 in der deutschen Wikipedia wiederhergestellt werden.

Aufgrund dieser Aussagen möchten wir dieses Bild jetzt auf Wikimedia Commons einstellen.
