Поступил в 1922 году из Чесменской военной богадельни императора Николая I через ГМФ

Входила в состав иконостаса, исполненного повелением царя Федора Иоанновича и царицы Ирины Федоровны. В XVII веке походный иконостас хранился в Образной палате Московского Кремля, затем в Зимнем дворце в Петербурге, с 1812 года – в церкви Рождества Христова в Чесменском дворце

Реставрирована в 1938 году в ГРМ А.Н. Суворовым (изображения вырезаны по контурам, укреплены и переложены на новый фон – фиолетовую крашенину)
