Deutsch: Lokalisation der verschiedenen als Fersensporn bezeichneten kalkanearen Exostosen: Die Haglund-Exostose im engeren Sinn findet sich ventral des Achillessehnenansatzes. Der seltenere dorsale Fersensporn im engeren Sinne findet sich dorsal des Achillessehnenansatzes, kann aber in die Sehne übergehen. Der plantare Fersensporn zeigt in den Verlauf der Plantaraponeurose. Verkalkungen oder auch Ossifikationen der Achillessehne selbst kommen ohne Kontakt zum Kalkaneus vor.
English: Localization of the various calcaneal exostoses (heel spurs): Haglund exostosis is found ventral to the Achilles tendon insertion. The dorsal heel spur is found dorsal to the Achilles tendon insertion, but can merge into the tendon. The plantar heel spur points into the course of the plantar aponeurosis. |
