Português: A iniciativa conta com o patrocínio da Vale e é dividida em três partes:

• WORKSHOP DE EMPREENDEDORISMO MUSICAL denominado "Projeção de Talentos", dois dias de muito aprendizado sobre a construção de uma carreira artística, com especialistas em showbusiness.

• CONCURSO CULTURAL denominado " Novos Brasis", uma competição musical, que vai movimentar a rede pública estadual de ensino, na descoberta de novos artistas.

• FESTIVAL COM GRAVAÇÃO DE DVD do espetáculo denominado " Brasil de Todos os Ritmos", um grande espetáculo musical, que vai passar pelos ritmos nacionais mais populares, sendo interpretados por artistas da nova geração, de diversas regiões do nosso país.

A ideia é que o projeto seja levado para outros estados, nesse modelo de fomento a novos talentos musicais. A etapa do Espírito Santo é uma realização da empresa LEP Eventos e Produções, com produção local da BCG eventos, patrocínio da VALE e apoio institucional do Governo do Estado através das secretarias de Educação e Cultura.Toda a programação do evento é gratuita e deve reunir 10 mil pessoas em todas as suas etapas.
English: The initiative is sponsored by Vale and is divided into three parts:

• MUSICAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP WORKSHOP called "Talent Projection", two days of much learning about building an artistic career with showbusiness specialists.

• CULTURAL COMPETITION called "Novos Brasis", a musical competition that will move the state public school system in the discovery of new artists.

• DVD RECORDING FESTIVAL of the show called "Brazil of All Rhythms", a great musical show that will go through the most popular national rhythms, being performed by artists of the new generation, from various regions of our country.

The idea is that the project will be taken to other states, in this model of fostering new musical talents. The Espírito Santo stage is a realization of the company LEP Eventos e Produções, with local production by BCG eventos, VALE sponsorship and institutional support from the State Government through the Education and Culture secretariats. 10,000 people in all its stages.
