Description
Deutsch: Frankfurt-Bockenheim, Leipziger Straße 29-31. Mieter der Ladenfläche seit 2008 ist die Frankfurter Bäckerei Eifler, die hier ihr erstes sogenanntes Grand Café eröffnete. Vormaliger Mieter war hier eine Filiale der Firma Radio-Diehl, ehemals der größte Elektronik-Einzelhändler des Rhein-Main-Gebietes mit seinen über 20 Filialen. Die Brüder Alexander und Götz Diehl bauten diesen vom Vater Gottfried Diehl (1905-1981) übernommenes Geschäft zu führenden HiFi-Händler im Rhein-Main-Gebiet mit 200 Millionen Umsatz und ca. 500 Beschäftigten aus. 1988 kaufte es die REWE-Leibrand Gruppe. Der späterer unrühmliche Weiterverkauf an Firma Radio-Ostheimer Schüllkrippen endet in der Insolvenz. Radio-Diehl verschwand vom Markt.
