English: Figure 1 High-pressure reactors and control reactors. High-pressure reactors (right, made from stainless steel and bronze, max. pressure 40 MPa, pressurizing with N 2 gas, 160 mL volume) and aluminum control reactors (left, max. 0.1 MPa, 160 mL volume) were used for cultivation of hydrocarbon degraders at high and ambient pressure. The cultures were mixed with magnetic stirrers. |
