Italiano: La filanda, nata dalla trasformazione della settecentesca residenza della Famiglia Bovara, venne venduta alla Famiglia Reina intorno all'anno 1792. Un'importante prima ristrutturazione venne effettuata nel terzo decennio dell'Ottocento, ma l'aspetto esterno venne in parte modificato dalle successive trasformazioni avvenute a metà del 1800 e nei primi decenni del 1900. Cessata l'attività l'edificio venne abbandonato. La più recente ristrutturazione risale al triennio 1983/1986 su progetto dell'arch. Franco Stefanoni. Ora all'interno dell'edificio trovano occupazione appartamenti, uffici, una sede bancaria e una sala esposizioni dell'Associazione "La Quadreria”. |
