| Description |
English: Final adjustments. This equipment is almost the same as that used by commercial divers in hundreds of metres of water. The main difference being that they would be breathing helium-based mixtures of gas, and have hot water running through the inside of their suits. These guys are breathing air and wearing standard neoprene dry suits. The water on site is over 100 feet (34m) deep, but because the wreck is so big, the divers working on the upturned hull are only 15 feet (5m) below the surface. This means they can safely dive for a couple of hours. |
