DescriptionFlachküste (Strandrinne).png	Deutsch: Parallel zur Uferlinie erkennt man landseitig hier verschiedene muldenartige Vertiefungen im Strand. Diese zusammenhängend gedacht ergeben die Form einer zum Strand parallelenn Rinne, der Strandrinne. Quellseite: https://www.rhetos.de/html/lex/strandrinne.htm Zwischen der Strandrinne und dem Wasser liegt der wenige Dezimeter hohe Strandwall. Wo der Strandwall hin zur Rinne unterbrochen ist, können gefährliche Brandungsrückströme entstehen. Eine Brandungslinie, weiter links im Bild einige hundert Meter seewärts deutet das Sandriff, die Barre an. Der von den Gezeiten einmal überspülte und einmal trocken gelassene Bereich ist die Gezeitenschorre. Achte auch darauf, wie sich die Wellen immer hin auf die Uferlinie bewegen (physikalische Beugung). Schwach am Horizont erkennbar ist der ehemalige Flakturm auf Wangerooges Nachbarinsel Minsener Oog. Die Blickrichtung ist etwa von West nach Ost, also ostwärts. Ein anderes Bild zeigt dieselbe Strandrinne vom Boden aus im Jahr 2022 photographiert. Die Aufnahme entstand irgendwann im Somme 2019.
