Description
Čeština: List je bílý a modrý šikmo dělený. V bílém poli je červená růže a v modrém poli žlutá růže, obě z městského znaku. Růže jsou umístěny na průsečících os úhlů příslušného trojúhelníkového pole a zaujímají jednu třetinu šířky listu. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.
