«Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба Акчикасинского сельского поселения в красном, синем, жёлтом и белом цветах».

Описание герба гласит: «В червлёном поле с оконечностью, покрытой поставленными в столб и наложенными друг на друга лазоревыми, нитевидно окаймлёнными золотом и с золотыми прожилками, дубовыми листами, поверх всего опрокинутый серебряный пламенеющий меч, на рукояти которого восседает золотая птица вправо с распростёртыми вверх крыльями».
