«Флаг Большеалгашинского сельского поселения представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на всю поверхность которого распространена композиция из герба муниципального образования с заменой геральдических золота, пурпура и лазури соответственно жёлтым, бордовым и синим цветами».

Описание герба гласит: «В золотом поле два положенных накрест пурпурных лука тетивой вниз, сопровождаемых сверху — пурпурным острозубчатым кольцом (попеременно с длинными и короткими зубцами), в котором расположен зелёный дубовый лист, а снизу в оконечности — узким выщербленным лазоревым поясом».
