«Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба Бурлукского сельского поселения в белом, зелёном, жёлтом, синем и малиновом цветах».

Описание герба: «В серебряном поле четыре зелёных дубовых листа, положенных Андреевским крестом, поверх которых в столб золотой колос, сопровождаемый двумя сообращёнными и положенными в пояс жёлудями того же металла. Волнистая лазоревая оконечность обременена толстым волнистым серебряным поясом. В пурпурной главе золотой шествующий кот. Щит увенчан муниципальной короной установленного образца».
