«Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба Буртасинского сельского поселения в синем, зелёном и жёлтом цветах».

Описание герба: «В разбитом косо начетверо лазоревом и зелёном поле золотой андреевский крест, выложенный дубовыми листьями, сопровождаемый четырьмя дубовыми ветвями без листьев, с тремя жёлудями веерообразно каждая, (по одной в каждом углу), направленные черенками к соответствующим краям щита».
