Karoga apraksts
„Daugavpils novada karogs ir taisnstūra audums ar platuma un augstuma attiecību 2:1, karogs ir divpusējs, tas ir dalīts divās vertikālās joslās – kreisā sarkanā krāsā, labā baltā krāsā. Baltās krāsas joslā trīs plīvojoši sudraba karogi ar trīsdaļīgi šķeltiem galiem, likti pāļa virzienā, uz karogiem centrā savīts sarkans krusts ar melnu punktu rindām zaros (krāsas pēc PANTONE kataloga: Sarkanā – 186C, Sudraba – 877C, Melnā – Black) (8.pielikums).“
