Русский: Флаг Ходынинского сельского поселения Рыбновского муниципального района Рязанской области, Россия

«Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба муниципального образования. На нем изображён сильно пониженный белый косвенный крест, над которым полотнище имеет синий цвет, а прочие углы креста окрашены в зелень. На синей части изображено поставленное на перекрестии жёлтое гнездо, в котором сообращёно стоят два белых аиста с чёрными концами воздетых крыльев, красными клювами и лапами и жёлтыми глазами, сцепившиеся лапами и скрестившие клювы; по сторонам от креста в зелени помещены два жёлтых уширенных креста, а внизу — также жёлтая пчела».
