«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры герба сельского поселения Каменное, выполненные белым, синим, жёлтым, оранжевым и зелёным цветом».

Геральдическое описание герба сельского поселения Каменное гласит: «В рассечённом зелёном и лазоревом поле на серебряной узкой, выложенной из глыб, оконечности — золотой восстающий медведь, несущий в вытянутой правой передней лапе золотой, с червлёными ягодами, стебель брусники, а левой несущий закинутую через левое же плечо чёрную сеть, полную золотых рыб».
