«Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба Хирпосинского сельского поселения в зелёном, белом и красном цветах».

Описание герба гласит: «В разбитом начетверо зелёном и серебряном поле уширено зубчатый крест, в зелёном — серебряный, в серебре — червлёный, сопровождаемый: в зелёном — двумя летящими в перевязь сонаправленными показанными сверху серебряными ласточками, в серебре — двумя сонаправленными положенными в перевязь зелёными березовыми листами с серёжками».
