Флаг муниципального образования представляет собой полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на всю поверхность которого распространена композиция из герба муниципального образования с заменой геральдического золота жёлтым цветом.

Геральдическое описание герба гласит: В червлёном (красном) поле золотая с завершенной куполом главой, с арочными окнами и закрытыми дверями в цвет поля церковь на золотой оконечности, обременённой тремя вьющимися лазоревыми (синими, голубыми) потоками, разнонаправлено вытекающими из-под церкви.
