Флаг внутригородского муниципального образования города Севастополя Нахимовский муниципальный округ представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище белого цвета с красной, белой и синей полосами в виде волн по низу флага, с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее в центре композицию гербового щита с отношением площади герба к площади флага 1:7.
