Флаг муниципального образования представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию из герба муниципального образования с заменой геральдических серебра, золота и лазури соответственно белым, жёлтым и голубым цветом.

Описание герба 2018: «В золотом поле стоящий на пониженном серебряном поясе, окаймлённом чёрным, чёрный же лось, и позади него вырастающая из того же пояса зелёная ель; в лазоревом левом крае серебряный столб, завершённый с каждой из сторон бегущими вниз волнами».
