Русский: Флаг муниципального образования — Окское сельское поселение Рязанского муниципального района Рязанской области, Россия

Прямоугольное зелёное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, имеющее вдоль древка жёлтую вертикальную полосу шириной в 1/4 длины флага, в верхней части которой изображена старинная зелёная княжеская шапка с чёрной опушкой и жёлтым украшением („городком“) с зелёным самоцветным камнем. На основной части полотнища воспроизведена композиция герба муниципального образования без вольной части: белая диагональная полоса (шириной в 1/5 длины флага) из верхнего древкового угла к нижнему свободному углу, на которой — два зелёных сообращённых рака, сплетённые усами; над полосой изображена белая с жёлтыми клювом и глазами, красными гребешком, бородкой и серёжками курица, сидящая к древку на пяти сложенных в ряд жёлтых яйцах и придерживающая их крылом; ниже полосы — жёлтый уширенный крест под такой же короной с тремя трилистными зубцами.
