List tvoří tři svislé pruhy, červený, bílý a červený, v poměru 1 : 2 : 1. V bílém pruhu červený rovnoramenný trojúhelník dole s bílým mezikružím a s vrcholem provázeným dvěma červenými mezikružími. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
