Русский: Флаг муниципального образования — Селецкое сельское поселение Рыбновского муниципального района Рязанской области, Россия

«Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, имеющее вдоль древка вертикальную жёлтую полосу шириной 1/4 длины флага, в верхней части которой помещено изображение старинной зелёной княжеской шапки с чёрной опушкой, над которой — жёлтое украшение („городок“) с красным самоцветом. На основной части полотнища, состоящей из синей и зелёной равновеликих вертикальных полос, изображена композиция фигур из герба муниципального образования — красное ельчатое перевёрнутое остриё с белой каймой, основанием которого является верхняя кромка основной части полотнища, на котором вверху изображена верхняя половина белого безанта, пятикратно дугообразно вырезанная снизу, ниже которой — три жёлтых пятиконечных звезды (две и одна); по сторонам от острия внизу на синей части изображена белая белорыбица, плывущая от древка и бьющая хвостом, а на зелёной части — жёлтая отторгнутая голова лося с красным глазом, обращённая к древку».
