Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из двух горизонтальных полос: зелёного (вверху) и жёлтого (шириной 1/4 ширины полотнища) цветов. На зелёной полосе против древки — вертикальная волнистая полоса синего цвета шириной 1/4 ширины полотнища, между ней и зелёной полосой — три тонких волнистых вертикальных полосы — белого, синего и белого цветов — каждая шириной 1/40 ширины полотнища. В центре зелёной полосы — хлебный сноп жёлтого цвета. Перевязанный лентой красного цвета, поддерживаемый снизу по сторонам двумя ладонями телесного цвета. В центре жёлтой полосы — три тюльпана красного цвета на одном стебле зелёного цвета: средний посередине, два — по сторонам от него на отходящих от стебля ростках.
