Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из четырёх равносторонних треугольников, сходящихся вершинами в центре — синего вверху, красных — по бокам и зелёного — внизу, на котором изображена композиция фигур из герба муниципального образования: жёлтый раздвоенный хлебный сноп в центре, продетый в того же цвета графскую корону с белыми жемчужинами и синим, красными и зелёными самоцветами на обруче, над которыми на синей части — белая цапля, летящая к древку с распростёртыми крыльями, а по сторонам — белые с серыми гранями кубики сахара.
