Public domain This work was first published in Uganda and is now in the public domain because its copyright protection has expired in Uganda by virtue of the non-retrospective Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Bill 2004, III, § 13 or it entered the public domain prior to the commencement of that law on July 24th, 2004 by virtue of the previous Copyright Act 1964 (details).
