List tvoří dva vodorovné pruhy, bílý a zelený v poměru 1 : 3. V zeleném pruhu bílý dolní klín, v něm vyniká z druhé třetiny dolního okraje listu červený klín, oba s vrcholem na dolním okraji bílého pruhu. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
