But again in my opinion, it is that they must have put that dark color by mistake or it was under the sun and made it look dark. I also see people using the clear flag of Bahamas, and I have a news photo that shows the flag on this page: (http://mofa.gov.bs/bahamas-signs-agreement-establishing-caribbean-centre-renewable-energy -energy-efficiency-ccreee /). Good. There are not enough proofs, but the point is that they still use the clear flag of the Bahamas.

The Pantone shades themselves come from https://www.pantone.com/color-finder/123-C and https://www.pantone.com/color-finder/3145-C.
