Description Was developed as a low cost alternative to the North American Harvard. Design was marginally acceptable and only 101 were delivered to the RCAF. It had fixed landing gear but controls in the cockpit to simulate the raising and lowering of landing gear. It was mainly used as a wireless operator trainer. It was the first all metal monoplane designed and built in Canada and the only original Canadian design to reach production during WWII.
