PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad and Tobago‚ (April 1, 2012) Navy Diver 1st Class Brian Mouton, assigned to Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 2, Company 2-1, drills a hole into a column where a brass dedication plaque will be secured next to the Commodore Oliver Perry cemetery gate at Lapeyrouse Cemetery. The gates, from the cemetery where Oliver Perry was first buried in 1819, were later dedicated to him in 1926 and have since fallen into disrepair. Members of Company 2-1 and civilian crew members from the Military Sealift Command rescue and salvage ship USNS Grapple (T-ARS 53) are repairing the gate in time for the rededication ceremony on April 4.
