PACIFIC OCEAN (July 8, 2012) An MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the Island Knights of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25 flies over USS McCampbell (DDG 85) as it approaches the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Amelia Earhart (T-AKE 6) after deliving pallets of supplies to the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73) during a vertical replenishment. George Washington departed Fleet Activities Yokosuka on May 26 to begin its 2012 patrol. George Washington and its embarked air wing, Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 5, provide a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interest of the U.S. and its allies and partners in the Asia-Pacific region.
