SAN DIEGO (April 18, 2012) A Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) fitness instructor leads participants in Spin4Kids at Naval Base San Diego’s (NBSD) Admiral Prout Field. More than 130 volunteers burned between 400 and 700 calories during this hour-long spin bike event. This was the first time NBSD has hosted Spin4Kids, which encourages fitness while promoting the Month of the Military Child and Child Abuse Awareness Month.
