AYASE, Japan (Aug. 29, 2012) Capt. Steven Wieman, center, commanding officer of Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi, and Cmdr. Douglas Huggan, executive officer of NAF Atsugi, accept paper cranes and paper flower balls from Masako Sullivan and the Helping Hands organization in NAF Atsugi’s headquarters building. The handmade gifts of paper cranes and paper flower balls were sent by families in the Tohoku region affected by the 2011 earthquakes and tsunami in appreciation for the assistance providedNAF Atsugi administered after the earthquake.
