SIHANOUKVILLE, Cambodia (Oct. 21, 2012) Sailors aboard the guided-missile Frigate USS Vandegrift (FFG 48) salute the national ensign as they shift to pier side colors at the Sihanoukville Commercial Port, Cambodia. Vandegrift is participating in Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia phase 2012. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Timor Leste.
