U.S. Army members with 782nd Alpha Company make their way around gigantic improvised explosive device blast holes that were created just a few hours prior to their convoy passing through April 30, Southern Afghanistan. The U.S. Army convoy just ahead of the 782nd suffered one casualty from the IED blast and several wounded Soldiers. IED's are amongst the top threat to U.S. and Coalition forces serving in Afghanistan right now. See more at www.army.mil |
