Description

On a foot patrol through an area in Kabul, Afghanistan, Rockford, Ill., native Spc. Brett Devlin, Delta Company Security Forces, 33rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, walks past a group of locals. The patrol, known as a presence patrol, lets locals in the villages of Kabul know that the 33rd is in their area to provide support for them.
